For her, it is even more than that \u2013 it is her calling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the years, she has moved across many of the event world\u2019s stages and is happy to step into just about any \u201cevent shoe\u201d. Whether a jewelry show with Heidi Klum or a golf tournament under the midnight sun, driving events at home or abroad, incentive or convention, small or large in budget or number of participants \u2013 with more than 1,000 events she has run herself, Nadja Kahn has a wealth of experience. Before <strong>daring to go independent in 2003<\/strong> this Hamburg native gained experience at various event agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ship in harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are built for!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nadja Kahn lives this motto to the full and leaves the safe harbor again and again with creative ideas. She knows well that a ship, especially in new waters, can only be kept on course by a team that pulls together \u2013 just as the KahnEvents team has done for many years. For the founder and managing director, her team is hull, mast and sails \u2013 in other words, the foundation of everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Unexpected situations at events<\/strong> don\u2019t make Nadja Kahn panic \u2013 on the contrary, she \u201cgrows\u201d precisely when plan A doesn\u2019t work out. It doesn\u2019t always have to be a sudden bomb disposal that forces an entire venue to be evacuated, a new one to be found within an hour and the guests to be transferred \u2013 as happened not so long ago\u2026 But even then, the event pro kept her nerve, and the guests still say the evening was a blast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the start of the <strong>pandemic in 2020<\/strong> Nadja Kahn launched <a href=\"https:\/\/www.OnlinePartyBox.de\">www.OnlinePartyBox.de<\/a> \u2013 she realized that people would not be able to attend events for a long time, so she invented the box that is sent to people\u2019s homes, together with the matching online event venue. Between 2020 and 2022, more than 30,000 boxes were shipped and more than 200 online or hybrid events were organized by her and her strong team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This period also saw her first book project, \u201cVon der Krise zum Kracher\u201d (From Crisis to Smash Hit), published by Bourdon Verlag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asked about her job, Nadja Kahn likes to answer with the words her then six-year-old niece once used to describe it: \u201c<strong>I make other people happy<\/strong>\u201d \u2013 and that is truly what drives her. Again and again. She gets up every morning looking forward to inspiring people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nadja showed the same enthusiasm and joy in her second book project, created with her husband Christoph Theile: \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.globe-of-emotions.com\">Denken wir noch oder f\u00fchlen wir schon<\/a>\u201d (Are We Still Thinking or Already Feeling?) is a business novel and non-fiction book in one, published by Wiley, describing the topic of emotions with great clarity. On this topic, Nadja gives emotional and entertaining keynotes \u2013 once again bringing joy.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And when she isn\u2019t busy \u201cmaking people happy\u201d, Nadja Kahn loves exploring new exotic destinations, near or far.
