this motto guides Jette in everything she does. It drives her to approach every project with passion and dedication. She knew early on that her future lay in the events industry. After an internship with a congress organizer, it was clear to her: this is her world. Studying event management laid the foundation for her career.

Sporty as she is, her dream would be to organize a Super Bowl halftime show one day. But she welcomes every other kind of event too. For her, each one has something special, and the variety of her profession fascinates her. She especially loves the moment when everything comes together and the event runs smoothly.

Her first big project, a conference in Berlin, left a lasting impression. Seeing how many invisible helpers work behind the scenes impressed her and strengthened her enthusiasm for the industry.

In her free time, Jette stays active, preferably playing lacrosse. She brings this energy and drive to her work too – always guided by her motto of being the change she wishes to see in the world.
