“You can’t change the wind, but you can adjust the sails.”

Alina Beilfuß was fascinated by events even as a child – weddings above all. When the question of the right career came up after leaving school, she remembered this and found her way to an apprenticeship as an event management assistant.

During her apprenticeship, she felt above all how much events move people and how many emotions they spark. That is exactly why she loves the events industry: it lets you reach so many people and bring them together – laughing, crying, having fun and sharing an unforgettable time.

And what do shoes have to do with it? Quite a lot, for Alina: in the events industry she needs different shoes, because every occasion and every event is different. Her hiking boots stand for resilience and stamina, her sneakers for flexibility and team spirit, and her high heels for elegance and self-confidence.

Adapting to every situation, being open to new things and stepping out of her comfort zone now and then – that is what the events industry is all about for her: variety, challenges and always new paths. And always with a smile on her face.
