The variety of the work and above all the result of an event – bringing people together and making them happy – has always been a great feeling for Paul, and after completing his training as an event management assistant at KahnEvents, he was keen to keep doing exactly that.

Of the events KahnEvents has run, the Truck Grand Prix impressed Paul the most: so many details to take care of, and yet everything ran so smoothly. At various online events, Paul has also shown that he knows how much flexibility event management demands.

Paul changes shoes often, but he likes it best when he can wear the “event shoe” all the way through: from the inquiry through creation and execution to the end of the event.

A live experience that made a strong impression on Paul was the National Day celebration in Singapore: an entire day of shows and fireworks in front of an impressive skyline, overlooking the skyscrapers and Marina Bay Sands.

As a passionate sports fan – especially of tennis and football – Paul dreams of one day putting on a major sporting event, ideally one whose proceeds go to charity.

With his motto

“Where there’s a will, there’s a way”

he is exactly right in the events industry. Because finding solutions when things seem impossible is exactly what makes a good event – whether online or live!
